Had homeowners 16 years prior to having auto insurance with them, had 1,000 deductible on our home , the auto kept increasing 10-20 dollars every 6 months. After checking other companies we found we was already over paying by 65.00 a month, so we took the auto off and just kept homeowners, well we knew we would lose that little discount for having them together but we was still saving a lot anyhow, now the big thing they done to us was they raised the deductible from 1,000 to 2,500 and when we called they said well it is because you dropped your auto with us, well hello we had the 1,000 deductible for years and years before making the mistake of trying their auto. Well we plan to change the homeowners and go elsewhere with that to no way should anyone let a insurance company *** them around that way and being a customer of 23 years means nothing to them.
Review about: Nationwide Mutual Insurance Homeowners Insurance.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
I didn't like: How they treat their customers.
