Their insured Sheila Kerner admitted that she hit my car to the police officer, but lied about it and claimed that i hit her car. I contacted Donna Dehn several times, and she not responsive at all.

We never shared a word. No one is response at Nationwide. Next thing I know I received a letter stating that my claim was denied. they believe Their insured story and did not do anything abut the case.

it is not over. Their supervisor could be reached either. The accident happened in Baltimore, MD.

they never called the officer who was present at that time. not helpful at all

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I need them to cover the damage that their insured caused to my car .

I didn't like: Poor customer service, I am desapointed with nationwide.

Having the same problem with Donna Dehn, their insured hit my truck and she won't return calls. Insurance commissioner is next, don't know if it will help but hopefully can file a complaint.
