I called their nationwide phone number and answered about 20 questions to get a home insurance quote. The agent said he would have to transfer me to a local office to get the price, the local office answered and had no idea about my phone interview.

I didn't want to answer questions again for another 15 minutes, so will find another company. I had given my phone number and email also. I had hoped that somone would have followed up with me, but I guess that they don't care. There are plenty of other insurance agenices out there.

So I will take my home and auto insurance business elsewhere. Next time I would call a local rep and see if I have any luck with them, if I ever decide to try nationwide.
